Welcome to Closet Crafters

Our journey at Closet Crafters began with a passion for home improvement and organization, starting with rental properties and now catering to the storage needs of homeowners in California. Our dedication to quality and excellence in both our products and customer experience is deeply rooted in our personal and professional experiences. We have degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Marketing, and like many of our clients, have established careers in the Bay Area Tech industry, holding positions in renowned companies such as Google, Oracle, Lockheed Martin, and Sun Microsystems. 

Our Designers

Erica Miranda

Designer

Erica started working for Closet Crafters in May of 2018 and is our senior designer. She has a college degree in Graphic Design and is passionate about everything related to design and organizing. She enjoys a clutter free and organized home, even with two little ones running around, and loves to help clients maximize their vertical space with a functional design that meets their needs.

Erica thrives on finding creative ways to design challenging spaces and obstacles that come with every space. When given the chance to visit her client's home on the day of install, she loves seeing the excitement on her client's faces with the finished product.

Mary McEwen

Designer

Mary joined Closet Crafters in 2020, and enjoys making clients' visions come to life! With a background in interior design, home building, and graphic design, you will feel confident in Mary's design abilities! She is a fourth-generation Californian who has spent most of her life in Sonoma County raising her two now-grown sons and has also contributed her time to several local schools.

Mary enjoys travel, decorating, art/museums, building projects, and cars! Mary is always looking forward to your next project!

Niccolo Longhetto

Designer

Niccolo has worked across several departments within Closet Crafters over the last 6 years and knows the company inside and out!

Beginning in our Manufacturing Department around 2017, he then moved into our Installation Department, perfecting the craft of bringing a design to life. He worked hard and soon became the Installation Department Manager. In 2021 he transitioned into designing full time for Closet Crafters. His background in installation and manufacturing makes him a meticulous designer, with an eye for all aspects of the project.

Niccolo enjoys bringing a client’s vision to life and is eager to tackle a challenge. He loves taking blank spaces and turning them into the organizational system of your dreams! He especially enjoys garage cabinetry and functionality, helping clients to best utilize a space that is often cluttered. Niccolo excels in combining function with style.

Niccolo lives in Santa Rosa with his wife and dog. When he’s not designing your dream closet, he can be found working in the garage on his vintage cars.

Rebecca Maggi

Administrative Staff

Rebecca joined the Closet Crafters team in November of 2021 as our office admin after several years in the insurance industry. She has many years of experience in customer service and has a tenacious drive to help make things easier for our clients and team. It is her daily goal to make sure things run smoothly here.

Rebecca moved to Sonoma County in the summer of 2017. When not at work you can generally find her cooking with her partner or cuddling with their cat. She is a very health-conscious foodie and always looking to try something new.

Closet Crafters foundation of quality, value, and a commitment to customer service comes from both of their professional and personal experiences. Prior to Closet Crafters they earned degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Marketing, and then like many of our clients advanced through the ranks of the Bay Area Tech industry at companies such as Lockheed Martin, Sun Microsystems, Oracle, and Google. They’ve been passionate about home improvement and organization since 2004 beginning with rental properties and have now grown into Closet Crafters. 

 
They have 2 wonderful kids and 2 dogs to go with them. Damon and Marilyn are often cheering on the sidelines of their kids sporting events. You can sometimes find Marilyn running a marathon or even an Ironman! Damon you might find at a Warriors game cheering them on, or watching the Raiders, wondering how they can manage to be so good at not quite winning...
